Two black females were arguing and screaming with each other and a 16 year old black boy got in between them so that they wouldn’t fight. Someone called the police. When they arrived the juvenile tried to walk away. One of the officers told him to come here but the boy kept walking. The officer said, “You’re not gonna f***ing disrespect me” and grabbed the juvenile, slammed him to the ground, and put his knee on the boys neck. The boy was face down on the ground and the officer had his knee on the boys neck for over 26 seconds (from the start of the video to the end).
